About Pasitos

Our mission is to offer dance and music classes with a focus on Mexican cultural enrichment. We cater to children as young as age 1. Join us as we engage in fun classes and build a community centered on culture and heritage.

About the Director - Maestra Lorena

Maestra Lorena is the founder and director of Pasitos Dance and Music Academy. She is a Sacramento native who grew up dancing Mexican folklorico in many local dance companies for over 30 years. She is also an experienced musician who plays the accordion with Los Laguneros, a norteno-style family band. She and her husband are raising 3 children with the goal of connecting them to their Mexican roots and providing them with a rich cultural experience as they grow up in the diverse Sacramento region. This project is inspired by their children and they hope to encourage other like-minded families to join the fun.
